ClipX

The ClipX application will help you manage all the things you copy to the clipboard and will help you quickly and efficiently paste them. By default, the application remembers the last 25 clipboards; with a simple mouse click or by using a hotkey, you can paste any of these clipboards.

The ClipX installation file is a very lightweight 109KB in size; even on a quite lousy internet connection, such a lightweight download will complete in a blink. Run the aforementioned file and a very simple setup wizard will help you get ClipX up and running on your Windows-powered machine.

While this clipboard manager is running, you will notice a ClipX icon in the system tray. Left click it to view all the clipboards the application remembers, left click it to view a context menu, double click it to access the Configuration menu.

You can easily access the functionality that ClipX has to offer by using hotkeys. As mentioned above, the application stores the last 25 clipboards by default. You can paste any of these clipboards by using hotkeys – the primary paste hotkey is Ctrl+Shift+Insert and the secondary paste hotkey is Ctrl+Shift+V. Another cool thing you can do via a hotkey is perform a Google search. If the word “ClipX” is in the clipboard and you hit the Ctrl+Shift+G hotkey, a search for “ClipX” will be peformed on Google in your default browser.

ClipX is free. You can use it for as long as you want without parting with your money. If you want to part with some money, consider making a donation if you think the application is worth it.

ClipX stores multiple clipboards so that you can easily paste them anywhere you want.
